New MERX Simplified Online Bid Submissions System

Effective April 25, 2018, MERX has announced that bidders will no longer require an EBS PIN to submit a bid online through the MERX service.

Moving forward, when a bidder submits a bid electronically, if they are authorized to bind the company, they will simply require their full name and the password they use to login to their MERX account.
