The City of Brandon has been working in consultation with Watson & Associates Economists and Dillon Consulting to review and update the Development Charges Rate Study and By-law. The initial review is complete resulting in a draft of recommended changes.
Watson & Associates presented the draft recommended changes and calculations to City Council on November 27th followed by an industry engagement session on November 28th.
