The planroom server requires that you have JAVA and ADOBE READER installed on your computer.

Our Association was formed over 90 years ago by several construction companies wishing to define the rights and obligations of general and sub-contractors in commercial and industrial projects. It was also established to share project information through the development of a planroom. Today we provide a growing list of services for our over 200 members in Westman, including advocacy, networking and planroom services.
