CARM is one of the founding members of MCSC which was created in 2009 to assist Manitoba’s construction sector by consulting industry stakeholders and offering solutions to their current and future human resource needs.  Other members of the council are:  Manitoba Building and Construction Trades Council; Manitoba Heavy Construction Association; Manitoba Home Builders’ Association; and the Winnipeg Construction Association.
